We aim to put together the entire contents of the Home Information Pack in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner and offer the following services.
- Home Information Pack (Including EPC)
- Home Information Pack (Without EPC)
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) only
- Home Condition Report (HCR)
HIPs are delivered as soon as we receive the Local Authority search from the council. This process usually takes 7 working days. You will be provided with an electronic version in PDF format and will be given the option of ordering a hardcopy if required.
Refunds are given at the discretion of the company management and all payments are processed in British Pounds. Once we have processed your order and instructed our suppliers, we will be unable to cancel your order or offer a full refund.
