How long does it take to compile a HIP?

The average turnaround time for a HIP is approximately seven working days. Obtaining all the relevant searches can sometimes take longer and can delay the process. In the event of any delays, we always keep you informed and can make the Energy Performance Certificate available prior to HIP completion.

How is the energy assessment arranged?

Once we have received your order, we will instruct a local Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out an inspection of your property. The assessor will arrange an appointment at a convenient time.

Will you contact the estate agent to confirm my HIP Order?

We will send you a confirmation email, which can be forwarded on to your estate agent.
