Westcoast HIPs is a dedicated Home Information Packs (Hips) Provider, we are working closely with Estate Agents, Solicitors and Chartered Surveyors to make sure the Westcoast Home Information Pack is the benchmark for all packs.

We aim to put together the entire contents of the new HIPs in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner and are uniquely positioned to meet the HIP requirements of all the professionals involved in the home buying and selling process without being compromised by any conflicting business interests.

Through our network of Home Inspectors, we are able to provide Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates through out England and Wales
